How To Get Organized And Relieve StressThere are a lot of dynamics that go with getting healthy and well; losing weight, improving your finances and getting organized tie into health and wellness.

It makes so much sense when you think about it.

If your finances are a mess, your bedroom or office is cluttered then there’s no organization.

It goes without saying that your health and wellness is also going to be in disarray.

Being Organized is a Great Way To Relieve Stress

Most times when we are unorganized it’s because we are doing too much and don’t have or take the time to organize our life’s systems.

We live in this fast-paced society and it’s detrimental to our overall health and wellness.

Here are just a few of the problems we face daily due to our fast pace of life:

  • Irregular Sleeping Patterns
  • Work Pressure
  • Stress
  • Bad Eating Habits
  • Loss of Sex Drive
  • Irritability
  • Impatience
  • Anxiety

All of these factors can affect our relationships with our spouse and family members as nobody seems to have time for each other these days.

The First Step to Improving Your Health and Relieving Stress is to get Organized

I began with my closet and my bathroom cabinets.

I got rid of a lot of things that I know I will never use again.

Things that were never opened, used very little of, or just didn’t need I tossed or took to the Salvation Army.

Who knew?

My cabinets look great and when I go to get something I can find it, YAY!

It’s such a relief and makes life so much more pleasant.

I just cannot stress enough that its little simple easy to do things that can have a huge impact on your Health and Wellness.

When I walk into my bathroom I can feel that something is different.

Clutter in the closet, bathroom or wherever your clutter may be, affects you mentally, that’s stress.

It’s as if a load was lifted and all I did was got rid of unnecessary items in my bedroom closet and bathroom cabinets.

My next project will be my kitchen cabinets and I’ll probably need a whole entire weekend for this but I’m up for the challenge because I know that it’s going to make a big difference.

I challenge you to take time out today and start with just 1 area and start to declutter it!
